• Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE): Used to detect incoming and outgoing calls to trigger the recording engine.
• Storage Access: Necessary to save, play, and manage recorded audio files on your device.
• Battery Optimization: We may request to bypass battery optimization to prevent the system from killing the recording service in the background.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: Local recordings stay on your device until you delete them. Our "Auto-Delete" feature allows you to set a schedule (e.g., 30 days) to automatically remove old files.
• Right to Deletion: You may request the removal of any support-related emails we hold by emailing us. We will process such requests within 5 business days.

6. Legal Compliance & User Responsibility

Recording laws vary by country and state. You are solely responsible for checking local laws and ensuring you have the legal right or consent to record conversations in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any illegal use of the App.
